Food in my experience is fundamental for our physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.

I prefer whole, unprocessed natural foods, with a preference for bio-dynamic farmed crops: 

Whole grains,

seasonal vegetables and fruits,

legumes, seaweed, herbs and spices.


Now in my 40's I feel stronger, more resilient, with more energy and I believe this is mainly due to my diet.


Our kitchens should be the center of our being and becoming healthy. Food is my medicine.
